IGC file
A common format for storing GPS location information such as a tracklog, if your download program will create a file with "igc" on the end like mytrack.igc you are good to go.
Download
Means to transfer your track from your GPS to your PC.

Means to "push" the IGC file from your PC to the PNWL web site.

OLC Score
Is points awarded based on kilometers flown, for non-triangles, you get 1.5 points per kilometer. Triangles get more points than a straight line flight because they are typically harder. FAI trianlges get 2 points per kilometer and other triangles get 1.75 points/km.

FAI Triangle
Is a nearly equilateral triangle - the shortest leg of the triangle must be at least 28% of the total triangle. Each kilometer flown is worth 2 points.
Tracklog
Is a series of GPS coordinates that show where you flew.
